How do I find a job using Jomea? Do you search for jobs for me?

You can search for jobs from the Jomea Home page or in the “What” and “Where” boxes at the top of any page. To run a search, simply type keywords into the “What” box describing the kind of job you want, and enter a city or country in the “Where” box. Then click the “Find Jobs” button or hit the Enter key on your keyboard. After you've run a search, click on any job title to view the job details. This takes you out of Jomea to the website listing the job.

How do you rank the search results?

The results will appear in descending order based on keyword accuracy. The jobs at the top of the list are the closest matches or most relevant to the search criteria entered.

What countries can I search?

You can search for jobs in any country within the Middle East and Africa region including Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Palestine, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Sudan, Nigeria, Libya and other countries in the above-mentioned region.

My search is not returning any results. What can I do?

- Try using different keywords
- Try a different spelling
- Try fewer keywords
- Fill both search boxes “What?” & “Where?”

Are all job sites in the Middle East and Africa region included on Jomea?

So far, the top job sites in the region are included on Jomea and new ones are added every day. If you know any job site that is not included in our searchable database, please let us know so we can include it.

I searched Jomea and I didn't find the job that suits me, when should I revisit the site to find new jobs?

It is rare for jobseekers not to find what they search for on Jomea. Sometimes, by entering a very general keyword, results may be scarce, so try to narrow down the field of work and be more specific, or try to look in a different area of the same country or region. If you feel you still don’t find what you’re seeking, we recommend you keep visiting Jomea on a daily basis as thousands of jobs are listed every day.

I'm an employer and my vacancies are already posted on other job sites in the region, why should I also include them on Jomea?
